Most orders are shipped the Next Business Day after we receive payment for your order. Credit Card Orders are processed immediately. Orders placed after 2 PM EST are likely to take an extra day. Due to the fact that our rubber stamps are custom made to order we could experience delays due to manufacturing error. (if your stamp is not perfect we remake it until we get it right. This is a possible 2 to 3 day delay.) From time to time one of our many industry leading policy''s will be noticed by a journalist and a news story will increase our sales hundredfold.

If the personal information we have gathered from you changes we will gladly alter or remove any personal data you have previously provided to us. We only collect information you provide when you place an order with our company. If we makes any changes in policy of how we use any information you have provided to our company we will notify you of any changes in the use of your personally identifiable information via the e-mail address you supplied with your order. The e-mail will ask for your permission and you will be provided an option prior to our company making any changes.
